Since so many of us have been indoors recently (🤪), I thought my fitness recommendations would be the most helpful to my fellow timetable makers!

An excellent exercise that doesn’t cost a penny is squats, especially for me since it gets my heart-rate up and I don’t enjoy other cardio! If you try nothing else, select either pushups or squats!

These have been by far the best exercise investment I have made. They are inexpensive, portable, flexible for different exercises (and stretching) and grow with you as you improve.
I do face pulls, tricep extensions, rotator cuff among many more exercises! Gold star!!! P.S. I bought the 150 lbs set, but I don’t know that it’s in stock lately

Along with push ups, pull ups are my favourite exercise because it works out a somewhat large muscle group (which feels good) and it’s very easy and quick to do!
Those are most consistent workouts and I do them every day
(Readaeer Ab Roller Wheel)
This piece of equipment was the most challenging to use. It takes the most effort and in the beginning my back was sore until I was strong enough to use the proper form, which for me was butt clenched and hips forward! Careful with this one!
The ab roller results made me feel the most confident in front of the mirror!
